Terms of service
Effective 19 October 2026
The conditions for requesting, paying for and using GPU capacity through Compute-AR.
Using Compute-AR
These terms apply to use of compute-ar.co and GPU rental services arranged through Compute-AR, operated by Compute-Ar cloud Services. The service contact is billing@compute-ar.co. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. Review the quote and these terms before authorizing payment. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain available to you.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account and contact information and protect your sign-in credentials, wallet and instance access details. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Existing wallet customers should link new sign-in methods from their existing account; a matching email alone does not establish ownership of a different customer account.
Availability and provisioning
Compute-AR sources capacity from multiple infrastructure providers, resellers and GPU owners. An indicative listing or configuration request does not guarantee availability, a particular host or immediate access. The confirmed quote identifies the offered configuration, rate and rental conditions. Paid requests may be provisioned manually or assigned automatically when a suitable prepared machine is available.
Check the GPU, memory, region, operating system, software and connection method before payment. Report unavailable access or a configuration mismatch promptly so we can investigate, correct it or address the payment. A listing does not grant ownership of the hardware.
Prices, minimum rentals and payment
Prices are stated in USD unless the quote says otherwise. The starting minimum is four hours and $10: the agreed initial payment is the greater of four hours at the quoted hourly rate or $10. The checkout displays the actual minimum and initial amount for the chosen rental before you accept. A different minimum must be disclosed in the quote and checkout.
The minimum remains payable if you voluntarily stop early. The initial payment applies to that rental, and usage it covers is not billed a second time. Additional usage is billed at the agreed rate and within the payment limits you authorize. Applicable taxes, network fees or other charges must be disclosed by the quote or payment flow where relevant.
Pulze processes checkout and payment authorization. Review the amount, token, network and any mandate or spending limits before approving. Never send funds to an address supplied through an unsolicited message. Revoking a payment authorization does not itself stop a running instance or remove amounts already owed. Stop the rental through the supported controls and confirm its status.
Cancellations, service problems and billing disputes
Stopping a rental ends future metered usage when the stop is confirmed, subject to the agreed minimum. Back up your work before stopping; access or storage may be removed. If a request cannot be fulfilled, access fails or a charge appears incorrect, contact billing@compute-ar.co with the order or invoice reference. Do not send wallet secrets.
We will investigate and communicate the available correction, replacement, credit or refund as appropriate to the facts, payment method and applicable law. The early-stop minimum does not remove remedies for non-delivery or any mandatory consumer rights. Refunds, where due, are not guaranteed to be instantaneous and depend on the payment mechanism.
Workloads and acceptable use
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your data, software and models and comply with their licenses and applicable law. Do not use rented capacity for unauthorized access, malware, fraud, infringement or attacks on other systems. Follow the restrictions disclosed for the selected infrastructure.
You remain responsible for workload configuration, credentials, backups and output. Do not assume persistent storage, confidential-computing protection, a specific uptime commitment or suitability for regulated data unless expressly agreed. Third-party models, applications and networks have their own terms and risks.
GPU suppliers
An application to list a GPU is subject to verification and approval. You must be authorized to rent or resell the capacity you offer and accurately describe its specifications, costs, location and availability. Keep host access secure and respect customer confidentiality. Listing does not guarantee utilization or earnings. Supplier rates, responsibilities, payout timing and any additional conditions must be agreed during approval before capacity is offered to customers.
Suspension, responsibility and changes
We may restrict access to address abuse, payment failure, security incidents or a provider outage. We will explain the issue and next steps where practical and lawful. Such action does not remove legitimate billing disputes or statutory remedies.
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and networks and may experience interruptions. Any service-level guarantee must be expressly agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updated terms will be published with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required and do not retroactively change an accepted quote. The confirmed rental terms and mandatory law take precedence over conflicting general marketing statements. Read our privacy policy for information about account and service data.
